HouseSavvy believes that today's sellers and buyers want more than just the long-established “one-size-fits-all at 5% or 6%” real estate service. Sellers want choice and sound advice in deciding whether to "Sell-It-Themselves" or "Use a Realtor." Whatever the choice, more and more sellers and buyers want a reasonably priced service that gives them some flexibility and control over the process.
For Everyone
For too long the knowledge of real estate and market activity has been locked up by a small group of real estate practitioners in each community. HouseSavvy believes this knowledge should be made available to everyone. Accordingly, we have unlocked this knowledge and are making it available to HouseSavvy Members through our Ask Housesavvy Learning Center.
WHO ?
Our founders/management team are highly respected professionals in the real estate industry with over 70 combined years of experience as real estate authors, educators, trainers and practitioners who successfully sold over 10,000 homes/year throughout the United States. We also have over 15 years combined experience in web and data system designs for real estate applications. (See Founders & Management).
