How It Works

1. Place Your Order

Order your Sell Smart/Save Money Program by clicking the "Buy Now" button to the right. If you would like to review our one-page Service Agreement before ordering, just click on it.

2. Service Agreement and MLS Input Forms

Once your order is received we will send you our Service Agreement and MLS Property Input Forms via e-mail or however you would like. You complete and return them to us so we can start the process. At the same time we will e-mail you the initial part of your Getting the Price Right Package with our request to provide us what you estimate is the price range of your home, so that we can provide you details of similar homes in your price range and community  that have recently sold or are currently on the market. 3. “For Sale” Sign, Lock Box, Sale Documents and Instructions Package 

Concurrently with Step 2, we will ship your HouseSavvy Yard Sign and Lock Box to you along with your Sale Documents & Instructions Package.

4. Processing Your Listing Information

Once we receive your signed Service Agreement and MLS Property Input forms and all desired photos you wish to post with your listing, we will enter your listing into MLS the same day.

5. Officially For Sale

Your home is now officially listed in the MLS which means shortly thereafter it will be automatically listed in Realtor.com and many other major, national real estate sites linked to Realtor.com.

You’re In Control

That’s all there is to it. Once calls begin to come in to us as a result of our sign and Internet Listings, and MLS agents have interested buyers, we will instruct them to call you directly so you can make showing appointments at times convenient for you. You’re in charge and in total control of scheduling showings and negotiating the sale of your home.
