BIG Savings
No Listing Broker’s Commission
Under the HouseSavvy Program you pay no Listing Broker Commission (normally 2.5%) which is typically half of a 5% full commission. (About Real Estate Commissions).
YOU Set The Selling Commission
Unlike traditional practices where the broker sets both listing and selling commissions, under the HouseSavvy Program you set the MLS Selling Broker Commission you are comfortable with (normally, 2.0-2.5%)
AND No Selling Commission if . . .

Sale Documents and Instructions
This package gives you the tools, instructions and advice to guide you in negotiations and securing your sale with a simple “Offer to Purchase” form, an example of which will be in the package we provide you.

List Until Sold (cancel anytime)
You may cancel our Agreement any time upon 10 days notice.
Professional Yard Sign
A professional “For Sale” sign obviously gives a “professional appearance” to the marketing effort. We ship this to you upon signing our Service Agreement.
Lock Box
If you want your home shown by MLS brokers/agents when you’re not in residence, this is a standard practice employed by most sellers utilizing MLS – but this is your call.
No Charge Services
Most companies offering services similar to HouseSavvy’s charge for Open House Postings (to your MLS/Internet Listings) and when making changes to your listing information. We don’t – it’s part of our service.
