Your Team

Buying a new home can be an exciting experience but often times it can also be time consuming and stressful.  To alleviate that burden, we have adopted a Three Person Team strategy to assist you with your home finding needs.  This team consists of a Team Coordinator at our headquarters - supported by a HouseSavvy Mortgage Counselor and a HouseSavvy Accredited Agent in the field.

How It Works

1. Getting Started - Your first contact with HouseSavvy will be with a highly trained HouseSavvy Coordinator who will act as your “Team Coordinator”.  This person will review and explain the time and money saving benefits of finding and financing your home with HouseSavvy and introduce you to your Accredited Agent and Mortgage Counselor.

2. Pre-Approval Letter - For most people, buying a home requires mortgage financing.  Not to worry. Your HouseSavvy Mortgage Counselor will provide you up-to-the-minute information on the mortgage market, answer all of your questions, and help you identify the mortgage options that best suit your unique needs. Your Mortgage Counselor will also set in motion our pre-approval process, whereby you will be issued a pre-approval letter so that you know how much house you can afford. This will assist you and your Accredited Agent in setting realistic goals for your home finding effort.

3. Home Finding - Now you’re ready to start the actual “home finding” or “house hunting process”. You'll start to work with your Accredited Agent who will work with you as you visit and inspect homes and interact with your Mortgage Counselor to help you find and finance that special place you will call home.

PLEASE NOTE:  we are presently licensed to do business only in Massachusetts, but expect to expand our coverage to other states soon. However, if you live outside the state, you can still enjoy the benefits of our Learning Center.
