Founders & Management
The HouseSavvy founders and executive team combine decades of experience in real estate training, consulting, technology and sales, all on a national and international basis.
Walter R. Hall, Jr.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Walter (or “Walt” as he’s known to his friends) is considered one of the leading experts on residential real estate, having written three books on the subject, developed a major real estate firm and global relocation company, and trained and consulted with leading real estate firms and state Realtor Associations throughout the country. His global company – Relocation Resources International (RRI) – sold over 10,000 homes of relocating employees annually and had representatives in 118 countries.
Jonathan M. Hall
Jonathan is a graduate of Providence College and is the third generation of the Hall family to practice real estate. After college, he joined State Street Bank where he became an account executive. He then joined DeWolfe New England (now Coldwell Banker) and served as a real estate sales agent for several years before joining RRI (see above). During his eight year tenure with RRI – before founding HouseSavvy with his father and J.T. Price – he worked in Operations, Quality Assurance and Supplier Management before ultimately becoming the Director of Client Technology Solutions, where he interfaced with RRI’s Fortune 500 clients where he was responsible for the development and management of all web based applications.
J.T. Price
J.T. is a graduate of Mount Allison University (New Brunswick, Canada) and the second generation of the Price family to practice real estate. After several years as an appraiser and real estate agent, J.T. joined RRI (see above) where, over an 11 year period, he served in a variety of executive positions where he dealt with both relocating employees and Human Resources Directors of RRI’s Fortune 500 companies. He is the recipient of the prestigious Meritorious Service Award granted by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) for his work in computer system design for transmission of real estate data through the Internet.
Thomas R. Benoit
Tom, a graduate of Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, brought 15 years of diversified mortgage experience to HouseSavvy and worked with its executive team to develop its mortgage subsidiary, HouseSavvy Mortgage Services (HMS). Based on the philosophy that selling, finding and financing real estate requires the seamless integration of all three activities, HouseSavvy has designed a unique range of integrated services that provide expert support at each step of the process. HMS is one of those services.
